In promoting our city as a “Heart Healthy” city, we invite ALL of our city employees, residents, and businesses to: “Wear Red” on Friday, February 5, 2010.
Go Red for Women in Pismo Beach
In addition, ALL women and men of PISMO BEACH are invited to take sizeable strides by participating in a half-hour “Wear Red Pismo Beach Women’s Walk” on Thursday, February 4, 2010, from 5:15 pm to 5:45 pm. Participants will meet at the Pismo Beach Pier at 5:15. We’ll walk from the pier to the Monarch Butterfly Grove and back downtown…
Then, we’ll go have a “Heart Healthy” dinner at Brad’s Restaurant
Brad’s is really making “Heart Healthy” dinners for us. Dinners will include a shrimp cocktail, choice of chicken or fish, a dinner salad and iced or hot tea. $12.00 inclusive.
We thought it would be a fun time… hope you can join us! (rain cancels the walk , but not the dinner : )
